"My name is Stacey and I am from Boca Raton FL. My situation was not unlike others. At the last minute (as in 3 days) I had a very important holiday event to attend. I was to accompany my husband and some very influential guests were to be attending. Needless to say I needed a gown and fast. I just happened to stumble across this web site, "The Evening Store". "Thanks for your prompt service and lovely items. The Katherine dress worked well for me, although I would’ve preferred Tammara with the v-neck. Alas, I had waited too long to order and it was not available in my size, once we figured out that 3X was going to be too big (after trying on). The 2X fit like a glove. Hemming several inches of the dress cost $90 – I’m just over 5’6” and the dress “as is” was floor length, which wasn’t quite appropriate for the occasion and I was afraid I’d trip on all that material. Still, compared to what I saw in the better shops in Fort Lauderdale, your dress was a good value for all the workmanship. My only problem was that there were wooden pews in the church at the wedding I attended, and the sequins/beads on the back (“seat area”) of the dress caused me to slide around in the pew! Had to brace myself with my high heels or I would’ve ended up on the floor!
Having seen both Katherine and Tammara 'in person,' I would say that your web site doesn’t really capture the very different patterns of the beading. Katherine had parallel lines/rows of beading and Tammara was more flowery and swirly. It must be difficult to photograph the beading, though. Not sure how it could be improved upon, really.
